Coaching Information
 
Your first session will last about 2 hours. This is due to the fact that you will need to fill out a personal history/intake form for your first session. This provides us with background on your health and other concerns. Subsequent appointments are generally 1/2 to 1-1/2 hours depending on the amount of time you request.
I work in two areas physical and emotional, the appointments are set with intent to focus on one or the other for that appointment.
 
Do I have to travel?
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. In-person appointments are available at the Center. Phone appointments are also available and are similarly effective. Since energy is not limited to the space/time domain, an individual's energy can be "brought in" and work can be done on a remote basis.
 
How many sessions will it take for me to achieve results?
Generally people experience significant results after their first appointment. Depending on severity of your health problem or emotional issue and the number of times it may have been reinforced during your lifetime, it may take several sessions to fully address the complexity of a significant issue. For instance, someone with a chronic health problem that has been in place for years may require a series of appointments in order to unravel the many layers of similar events that have intensified the impact now being experienced in the body. Other matters, however, can clear up in one or two sessions. Many people also come to view The Balancing Techniques as a vehicle for personal growth, and enjoy periodic appointments as a means of self discovery. It is very revealing in a non-threatening way, and, over time, it can significantly shift the quality of your physical and emotional responses so they become more consistent with your current, conscious intentions.
 
The Core Healing Technique (C.H.T.) has a set number of session which are set by testing to see how many sessions are needed and how they are to be done.  Each individual is different.  I have done as less as two and as many as 14 session with a client.  How many sessions that will be necessary is set with a pre-consultation appointment, which has no charge.
 
The Coaching with the use of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is evaluated to see how best to work with each individual person along with PSYCH-K™ (go to links page).
 
Will the Emotional Balancing be uncomfortable physically or emotionally?
No doubt the process involves identifying and resolving matters in the past which for some contain traumatic content. These issues, however, come to the surface and unfold as a non-invasive conversation between the body consciousness, the Practitioner and the client. The dialogue, which occurs by means of muscle testing, is concerned with precisely identifying how incidents are being held energetically by the body. Therefore, the client witnesses the process from a different perspective than if they were unearthing the past either emotionally, as in therapy or physically, as in deep tissue massage. A client often recalls the content of an incident and may re-experience some of the emotion.  Balancing does not rely on intense emoting as a means of release. Rather the Practitioner works efficiently to guide the body in its release of the "charge" or energy blockage.
 
What results can I expect?
People's experiences vary. Many people remark that the shifts they experienced were subtle but profound. During a session an individual's experience is generally one of deep relaxation, insight and release. Occasionally an individual will tear up at the recollection of an event or memory that has caused an energy blockage and is being released. The expression of extreme emotion is rare, though significant events are, in fact, released. After a session, people generally remark that they feel like they have experienced an important shift energetically. We recommend that people give themselves some room to experience these changes and to allow them to settle in. People tend to notice changes in symptoms and emotional patterns within a few days. Often when a person returns for a follow-up appointment his/her initial symptoms have cleared up so completely that they nearly forget the weight these problems previously had. Now familiar with the results,  individuals are generally eager to move forward into other health/well being matters.
 
How frequently should I schedule my appointments?
We recommend that a person wait between two and three weeks between appointments to let the results fully settle in, when working with the physical body. If you decide to come more often, this is fine. Some people choose to schedule appointments for every week, over a period of time, or every two weeks. You can make that choice.
 
Do you talk about nutrition or supplements?
Yes. I pay considerable attention to how the body is using nutrients. Depending on a client's presenting concerns, we often investigate food allergies, metabolic pathways and whether the body is, in fact, using the B-vitamins and minerals it is getting from food and supplement sources. We do not promote a particular diet or regime other than recommending wholesome foods from organic sources. When the body flags a problem with a specific food, we trace and release the source of the negative association that generally underlies such an allergy. If the body requests specific supplementation we consult the body consciousness as to the dosage, duration and time-of-day it considers optimum. Nutritional supplements are in addition to the appointment cost, though we recommend as few as possible. We think of them as a jump-start to encourage the body to function better on its own.
 
I am a long time student and practitioner of self-responsible wellness. Combining this passion with coaching allows me to connect others with their inner guidance for optimum wellness in all aspects of life.  I work with clients to create a clarity of intention to allow them to become "successful dreamers".  Inspiration, desire, enthusiasm, and action are the essence and focus.  My current focus is working with those individuals who recognize they create their own reality, and who want to use that knowledge to create the life of their dreams!
